Permission	Purpose
INTERNET	Used to connect the application to our servers and online services for sending and receiving application data.
CAMERA	Used when an application feature requires the device camera, such as capturing images or other camera-based content. Camera access is used when the relevant feature is being used.
WAKE_LOCK	Used to help keep required application operations active when necessary, such as during an ongoing operation or service that should not be interrupted by the device entering sleep mode.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION	Used to obtain precise device location when accurate positioning is required for performance tracking of Employee, live order tracking, field visit logging, or a map showing your current position.
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION	Used to obtain approximate device location when precise location is not required for employee attendance.
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION	Used only to support performance tracking, which requires your location to continue working while the app is closed or not actively in use on your screen — for example, the employee route route keeps updating even when you switch to another app. Before this permission is requested, the app shows an in-app disclosure describing this use and asking for your consent (see the "Background Location Disclosure" below). You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE	Used to allow an eligible Android foreground service to continue performing an ongoing user-visible task when required by the application.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION	Used when the application's foreground service performs location-related functionality for employee performance. The service operates according to Android foreground-service requirements and displays an ongoing notification while active
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Used to send relevant notifications such as service updates, status information, alerts, or other important application notifications. On Android versions requiring notification permission, users can allow or deny notification access.
VIBRATE	Used to provide vibration feedback for supported notifications, alerts, or application interactions.

Users can manage applicable permissions through their Android device settings. Some application features may not function correctly if a required permission is denied or disabled.

6. Location Information

Certain features of our Android application may require access to device location information. Depending on the permission granted by you and the functionality being used, the application may process precise or approximate location information.

Precise Location

The application uses ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION to support EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE TRACKING, which requires accurate location to function correctly.

Approximate Location

The application may use ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION when approximate location information is sufficient for the requested functionality.

Background Location

Employee Performance Trackingis the only feature in our app that requires access to your location while the app is not actively displayed on your screen. When you enable this feature, the app uses ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permission to accurately track an employee’s location during active working hours. This allows authorized team members to view and share the employee’s location for work-related monitoring and coordination. Background location access is used only while the feature is enabled and remains subject to the user’s permission and Android system controls. We do not use background location data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

Background Location Disclosure

Before requesting background location access, the app displays an in-app disclosure explaining: That Employee Performance Tracking requires your location even when the app is closed or not in use; What the location data is used for; and Whether the location data is shared with any third party, and with whom. You must actively consent to this disclosure before the Android permission prompt for background location is shown. You may decline, in which case Employee Performance Tracking will be unavailable, but the rest of the app will continue to work normally.

Foreground Location Service

When ongoing location functionality is required for Employee Performance Tracking, the application uses an Android foreground service together with FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION. Android displays an ongoing notification while the location foreground service is active.

Purpose of Location Collection

Location information is used solely to support employee performance monitoring and work-related location tracking. We do not use location data for advertising or analytics purposes.

User Control

You can manage location permissions through your Android device settings. Depending on your Android version and device manufacturer, you may be able to allow precise location, approximate location, location only while using the application, or other available permission options.

Location Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect location information and other personal information handled by the application. Location information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide employee performance monitoring and work-related location tracking, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or support legitimate business purposes.

7. Your Rights

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
